Datafile · Locked prices for Shopify stores
Email support@arteptech.com — we reply within one business day, usually much sooner. Include your store's myshopify domain and the name of the export you're asking about.
Will it tell me if something is wrong? Yes, that is the point. An export that returns no rows, or fewer than half the rows it had last time, or that cannot be delivered, sends you an email the same moment.
What file do I get? A CSV with a UTF-8 marker so Excel opens accents correctly, with commas or semicolons — whichever your spreadsheet expects.
What can I export? Orders, order line items, products, product variants, customers, and inventory by location. Each one has its own column list; you choose which columns and in what order.
Can a date range move with the schedule? Yes: “last month”, “the last 7 days” or “this month so far” mean the same thing every time the export runs.
How long do you keep my files? Seven days, then the file is deleted from our server and its download link stops working. We keep no copy.
Is there a row limit? The free plan writes up to 1,000 rows per file; the paid plans have no row limit and no per-row charge.
Can it post to my own system? Yes — the Pro plan can POST the file to an https address, with the row count in an X-Export-Rows header.
Uninstalling switches every schedule off immediately. Your exports are kept for 48 hours in case you reinstall, then Shopify asks us to delete your data, which we do within 30 days.
